I am a horrible blogger! I am sorry.. I think I have lots of posts like this one. Yesterday I had wonderful Mother's Day! We did an airhead move and charged our phones in the kitchen, so when the alarm went off, we did not hear it. Total BUMMER!! I get sooo mad when that happens, I love church! Spencer made lunches and we had a picnic in the park, it was awesome spending time with my girls and hubby! We then went for a walk with the beautiful scenery. Seriously, I have been here for 3 years and I am still in awe of the mountains. After playing with my tripod( finally bought a piece that I have been missing for YEARS). Then after alittle bit of family snuggles and talking to Jacob, who is serving an LDS mission in California, Spencer made me pork chops on the grill(never going back to the stove, they were the best i've ever had!!) and yummy yummy in my tummy garlic, cream cheese and green onion mashed potatoes. MmmmMMM!! haha I love food...
Needless to say, a great Mother's Day. Thank you Babe! You did great. :) I love being a Mom.
Oh, so quick rant, anyone have luck finding kid shoes at Target?? I have the worst time!! I found ADOORAABLE shoes, PERFECT for Aaron's wedding and they didn't have the girls' sizes! and this isn't the first time. They have the cutest shoes, but never in what I need. LAME. end rant.
I know I have said this before, but, I am gonna say it again and mean it! I am going to school!!! I am SOOOO excited. August 27th is the first day of school and I can't wait! Tomorrow I am taking my ACUplacer, wish me luck with that.. haha I wish that I could just sign a waiver that allows me to enter the refresher courses. Save everyone some time... hehe. Oh well, so I am going for a Bachelors in Photography for the moment. I may dabble in photojournalism and some business classes. I would love to have my own business (duuuuh, i know) one day and possibly a studio. The fun thing about the degree is there are only a few general prerequisites that I will have to take and the rest are photo related. Eee!! Yay! I am at work( i know, shame, shame.. my 7pm didn't show up! Ruuude), I will post some pictures of the girlies tonight or tomorrow!!

5 years
I am sitting here after putting the girls to bed early tonight, finishing some editing from a recent shoot and just thinking about tomorrow. I'm not big on pondering too much on the 11th, I am glad that it did not fall on Mother's Day this year, that is no fun.
Elise just had her birthday on the 26th of April, she would have been 5 years old. It was a good day, I received flowers from my in laws and was able to spend this year with my parents.
But, it's always hard, knowing that 14 days later I will be mourning the passing of my first born.
I know she is with her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ who I know are loving her the way I am not able to now. Her Great Nana who she had never met and who passed away last June is, I am sure gobbling her up along with her son who passed away as an infant. I love my faith, I am thankful to my parents for accepting the church so that I may have this knowledge, I love my family! I am so grateful to have such an amazing family and friends, the family I was born into and the family I am married into. So incredibly loving and supportive in everything. *sorry if my thoughts are scattered, and if my grammer sucks*
I love you Elise.
Quiet is a powerful thing. :) As I sit here with the girls asleep, TV off, silence. Only my sniffles and the AC, my thoughts are just pouring through me. Maybe this is a sign to start writing in my journal again...

My baby.
Throughout the year I think about Elise everyday, we talk about her to the girls, new friends that ask about how many kids we have and it's okay. Just on these two dates is it that hardest. I understand why, It doesn't bother me to be upset on these days. It's my child, of course I am going to be upset that she is not here with her family, not playing with her sisters, being put in time out. :)P I'm not sure what I am trying to say, I'll I know is that tomorrow is very much on my mind and I feel like I need to get it out! People always say it gets "easier", but, I think the person of that loss just learns to cope without that person.(To me is different than thinking about it being "easy" that she is not here) I know for me it's knowing that I am sealed to Elise, that I WILL see her again, I WILL hold her again. That is a huge thing for me. I'm not sure where I would be without that knowledge.I know she is with her Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ who I know are loving her the way I am not able to now.
