Happy Birthday Victoria!!

Before I head to bed, I am gonna wish my baby girl a HAPPY HAPPY 4th birthday to Victoria!! You are getting to be such a big girl and it is so fun to have conversations with you, your helping around the house and the adorable things you say! While we were making your cake today, I asked whether you wanted a pink on pink cake or if you'd like a pink on purple cake and your reply was "No, maybe I don't like purple." :) We love you so much you big girl!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

4th Bday Picture

Sick, sick, sick!

Well, our family has been able to evade the any type of sickness in our home for quite awhile now. About a month ago I was pre-admitted to the hospital for some back pain I was having, turns out I was very, very close to a kidney infection. They gave me an IV and prescribed some meds and my 10:30am appointment lasted 6 hours! I picked the perfect time to forget my Kindle...  It took a couple weeks for me to fully recover (if you know me, I am very much like my Mom. Rest? What does that mean..) all good now! Just had my 25 week check up this past Monday, baby's heartbeat is perfect and I am measuring right on to date.

This past Thursday, our little Josephine woke up one night with a little bit of labored breathing. Definitely more struggling than we would ever like to see again. By, the next morning( Spencer was at work ) we had made her an appointment with her pediatrician, and within 5 minutes of talking to the doctor she felt it was best for us to take her to the ER for an antihistamine breathing treatment and a oral steroid and within minutes she was already breathing better! By the next evening her breathing was starting to seem clogged, she was getting noisy and her nostrils flaring, so, off to the ER again. This time, since she took to the medicine so well they went ahead and prescribed us the steroid to take home. Which was a good thing! The next night she needed it! Phew! Glad that's over. Josie is much, much better today. The only thing that lingers is a little cough, which I will happily take.
 Now that she is better, she has gotten the rest of us sick! Nice croupy voices and coughs! Victoria has had the worst with the cough and her little voice sound like a mouse, as long as she listens to us and RESTS like we tell her to she should get better in no time. She fell asleep 2 hours before bedtime tonight she is so exhausted. Hoping for a healthier us tomorrow! (Some grocery shopping needs to happen! ;) )

Before we all got sick, Victoria was able to have some fun in the snow! She was the cutest thing, she kept trying to tease me and hit my camera with her snow. I didn't even think about telling her to stop, she was enjoying it too much. :) Here is a link to that afternoon. (Josie was sleeping inside getting better!)

Silly girl

I am working on a blog post, but am playing around with some colors on my PhotoShop and came across this picture. I was taking pictures for a good friend of mine and Tori popped in and wanted some attention and I got this cute little face. This is very much her, in your face and silly! :)

Sneak Peak for Halloween!

We had the opportunity to go to a work party with Daddy! Not the best turn out, but we all ended up having a ton of fun. Tori and Josie spent the night blowing up and popping balloons, we ate yummy pizza and treats, had a pop the balloon dart game in which Spencer and I got $31! Tori really wanted a turn, so after everyone went she had a go! She hit a balloon on her 3rd dart and ended up getting a $1! She was very excited to go to the Dollar Tree to pick out anthing she wanted! (She ended up picking a ball shooter and it broke the first trigger pull... it wasn't hard to convince Daddy to go and replace it with a nerf gun! More on that later.. haha)

Victoria FINALLY decided what she wanted to be... Minnie Mouse! So, i figured that was easy enough. We went to the fabric store, picked up the polka material, a head band and i had some leftover minky fabric and bam! Minnie Mouse! I am pleasantly surprised on how it turned out. She couldn't be happier. The party was on Saturday, she has worn the ears everyday most of the day since then.

Cutest girls ever!! (Josie was not thrilled after waking up from her nap to be put in her costume.. she got over it and played happily all evening)

I maaay have bribed a lollipop for a picture... :)

Very happy to be dressed up. She has been asking all month, every morning, "is it halloween yet?" 

Hee Haw Farms

Megan and Jeff invited us to HeeHaw farms and it was a lot of fun! The girls had a great time on the slides. climbing hay bails, running in the dirt and playing with the farm animals. The slide was pretty big and fast, as you can tell by the girls' faces! 

Daddy got to ride in the farm wagon with the girls. Jeff took a spin in the tractor.

Josephine LOVED the tether ball. Uncle Jeff kept hitting it around and she couldn't get enough! It was probably one of the cutest things.

They love the animals, so sweet. Luckily, I had some dollars on me and they were able to take a ride on a pony!

This little girl and the animals! She had  blast chasing, trying to ride and look at their teeth. She was everywhere, running from side to side making sure to see everything. It was nice, the girls the watched the pen just watched over, didn't care really what was going it seemed. Maybe Josie new that and took advantage...

I think Victoria and this piglet were the closet she was to any of the animals. She was more timid than Josephine. (Love this one on the right)

Thanks Megan and Jeff! We had a lot of fun, Tori is still talking about the pumpkin patch!

..BOY for those who haven't heard. We are all very excited, Victoria couldn't be happier! Can't wait to go shopping for all his attire and see his cute little face.

Slacking!

Anybody that doesn't know, we are expecting another baby! Maybe it'll be a boy?? 5 more weeks and we'll find out!

These pictures were taken in May in CO at Garden of the Gods. It was so pretty! I was beside myself with all the beautiful scenery and masterpieces!

So, I apologize to family for my slacking. This pregnancy has been rough in the beginning and am finally feeling back to normal and able to do more and hopefully that will include finishing pictures! My Photoshop is actiing up so it's taking longer than id like to finish. Here are a few!

Thanksgiving Point

The other day we headed up to Thanksgiving Point, we had never been there before and I wanted to check out the Petting Zoo. I have to say, I'm not sure we will be back. Wasn't really worth the money because it was so small, but MAYBE we'll go back because the girls faces were so adorable as they rode the horses! That was pretty darn cute.

Wagon Ride--That was fun...Josie cried about the whole time. Tori thought it was great.

Horsey Rides!

She kept leaning down to give hugs and turn around to the other horses to say hiii! So cute.

She was VERY upset when the horse ride was over, even after i paid for a second turn!
